Tenneco brands include DynoMax, Rancho, Monroe, and Thrush.
Guarantee: DynoMax offers a pretty nice guarantee on most of their mufflers. If for some reason you don’t like their stainless steel cat-back system, Ultra Flo SS polished or Ultra Flo welded mufflers, or Super Turbo muffler, you can return them within 90 days for a full refund PLUS as much as $50 in labor costs per muffler.
Warranty: DynoMax also offers a lifetime warranty on almost all of their products.
Tenneco, which is some sort of shorthand for “Tennesse Gas Transmission Company,” was founded in 1940 and originally specialized in running a gas pipeline from Texas to W. Virginia. Since that time, they have expanded into a multi-national company that sells a variety of parts. DynoMax mufflers are built at the Marshall, Michigan Tenneco plant.
