About Tanabe Exhaust Systems
Tanabe Exhaust is a Japanese performance exhaust company with a substantial U.S. presence. All products sold by Tanabe are manufactured at its Tanabe Shiga Factory in Japan, which was built in 1991 – almost 10 years after Tanabe first started doing business in the automotive industry. Today, Tanabe has broadened its performance parts portfolio to include suspension, and clutch components in addition to its exhaust products.
Tanabe Exhaust Lineup
Tanabe offers several different exhaust product lineups:
- Medalion Touring – These systems are designed to look great, add performance and maintain streetability in terms of noise and emissions control equipment.
- Medalion Concept G – Concept G systems are intended to squeeze the most power out of normally-aspirated engine setups.
- Medalion Concept G Blue – Similar to standard Concept G, but aimed at turbo applications.
- Tuner Medalion – A range of components designed to allow custom car builders to mix and match while putting together their own dream exhaust system.
Tanabe Exhaust Warranty
Tanabe exhaust products generally come with a two year warranty. It is important to note that making any modifications to Tanabe’s exhaust components voids the warranty, which means it is necessary to take care when installing these products on a vehicle.
